An independent school asked what a school-wide AI could look like before committing to one. We answered with a scroll-driven concept experience: fourteen chapters, each showing one moment in the life of the school with the assistant in it, on the device it would actually be used on.
Every interaction is scripted and deterministic. Every student, teacher, mark and timetable is fictional. That let leadership focus on the idea rather than worry about a live demo going wrong, and it kept real data out of the room.
The concept is positioned on JCR AI Brain, the retrieval and learn-from-staff engine behind Amplor, so the path from concept to pilot is a matter of connecting real sources rather than starting again. The school is not named here at their request.
