Hills Uniforms supplies workwear to companies with tens or hundreds of staff. Each of those companies needs its own ordering experience, its own allowance rules, and its own branding, while Hills needs one place to run all of them.
We built the portal as a platform from day one. A five-tier tenancy model separates platform, distributor, company, branch and staff member, so a new client company can be added in minutes and every query is scoped to the right tenant.
Orders flow through a visible pipeline from received to delivered, invoices land in Xero with full line detail, stock is tracked per embroidered SKU, and an AI image studio produces product photography on demand. The whole thing ships as a single Go binary with the React front end embedded.
What it does
A branded portal per company
Colours, logo and subdomain per client, with role-based allowances and renewal periods for each uniform category.
One admin console
Companies, branches, roles, contacts, products, sizes and orders, with bulk import and export on every list.
Order pipeline
Received, stock check, stock ordered, in embroidery, packed, shipped, delivered. Per line or per order, with bulk actions.
Xero and Stripe
Card payment or on-account checkout. Invoices created in Xero on confirmation, stock decremented against Xero inventory items.
AI image studio
Generate product images from a prompt or edit existing ones: swap the background, put the item on a model, change the colour.
